Every Sunday evening at 5:30PM, Denny leads Worship in the Life Teen Band at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church (Mount Carmel) in Wickliffe, Ohio. Because in the year 2010 the Grade Schools of Mount Carmel and Immaculate Conception are going to merge, the teen groups at each are getting a head start by combining into Lake Life Teen.

In addition to Denny at lead guitar and vocal, Paul Yama is on drums, Annie Parker, David Hlavka and Bob Houry on guitar, Julie Slattery on keyboard, Michelle Weber at flute and vocal with Fred Grupe on bass. Filling in when needed are Greg Coleman on drums and Sandy Appledorn on piano. The band plays Contemporary Worship along with some traditional Catholic Service music. Denny has accumulated a comprehensive list of song suggestions for Life Teen Mass (Service), which he finds invaluable.
Currently, along with an excellent team, Father Andy Turner leads the Life Teen in Wickliffe, Ohio. The recipe for the teens includes fun events combined with topics that are of interest to teens, mixed with a lot of love and seasoned with the truth of Jesus' love for everyone. Even though Life Teen was started by Catholics, it is open to teens of any and all denominations, as well as those who do not know Jesus.
Life Teen provides much more than music and fun. This wonderful organization has all the
tools which the next generation of adults needs to become successful in ministering.
