By the Ohio border just into P.A.

Saw an amazing sight the other day.

Big huge fish lying on their backs, they never swam;

Living for the stale bread at the Linesville Dam.

The fish just cram into this little tiny space,

They're free to go but they won't leave.

Big mouths eat stale bread and big fish just pile on;

Livin’ for the big crumb at the Linesville Dam.

I know if I could I would free them right now

And show them there’s more to life, if they would only swim.

But there too big to move and they've forgotten how;

Livin’ for the big loaf at the Linesville Dam.
